Our Story
Started in 2011 when our founder got frustrated watching talented teams implode over preventable HR mistakes. What began as one person fixing hiring processes for friends evolved into something bigger. By 2015, we'd worked with 47 different companies. Then 200. Then way more. We've helped manufacturing firms cut turnover, tech startups build cultures that scale, and everything in between. We've made plenty of mistakes ourselves (that's partly the point). But we learned what works, and we've kept getting better at it.
